I Booked A Call With An AI Chatbot

Last week on Monday I built an AI chatbot using HighLevel

That same day, it booked me a call.

I gotta tell you, the bot:

1. Didn’t have great knowledge of my services

2. Asked people what their favorite color was

3. Sometimes gave incorrect information (because it lacked knowledge)

But it still booked me a call!

Just proof that it doesn’t have to be perfect and it can still work.

To give you an idea of what my last week was like I tested out each of the following softwares:

1. Chatbase

2. ZappyChat

3. BotPress

4. ManyChat

5. ChatHQ

6. Thoughtly (also does voice)

7. ChatGPT + Zapier

8. VoiceFlow

This doesn’t include the 4-5 softwares I tested for voice conversations.

My goal was to give you the most useful training on turning traffic into customers with AI chatbots (text and voice). I believe I succeeded in my goal, though my brain was fried by the end of it. I can confidently say that HighLevel has one of the easiest AI chatbot setups in existence.

It can also integrate with Facebook, Instagram, and SMS with just an extra click!

It’s an absolutely phenomenal tool for any business looking to turn more traffic into customers.

I personally believe that in the future people will want to have a conversation when buying things. Think about it. Would you rather try and find the information you need by poking around a website or ask an expert on the material that can get you the answer in a fraction of a second?
