How to Call Prospects Within 10 Seconds of Them Filling Out a Form (to Increase Sales by 800%, Study Proven)

Without Writing a Single Line of Code

This week I gave a speech on automating speed to lead with AI.

Right before I gave the speech, everything broke!
Literally, everything.

The night before I got locked out of my form and automation builder, so I rebuilt my form with SmartSuite and my automation with Zapier.

Then, 3 minutes before my presentation, as I was testing the phone call one last time, my AI voice bot broke!

I didn’t have time to fix it so I went on stage told everyone:

“Everything is broken, but that’s ok! Because we are going to rebuild it together in the next 25 minutes.”

And we did! In 20 minutes we had:

  • rebuilt the system,

  • given it a new name (thanks to an audience member),

  • triggered a call, and

  • had a full on conversation with my AI assistant!

All without writing a single line of code!

And it can call prospects within 10 seconds of them filling out a form on your website.
AND book appointments for you. Pretty dang cool if I say so myself!

Now this tool is not for everyone.

Short side quest to back up that statement: Someone I met at the business show, who runs a customer service agency, told me that 66% of his customers wanted to talk to a living human agent (even when the AI system was faster and more accurate!). His customers were part of an older generation (40+), but I’m certain there is truth to this for most demographics.

With this in mind, it’s important for you to know the game you’re playing and who you’re playing it with.

If your current players are level 40 or over, they might just want to talk to you, and not your AI assistant!

The cool part about this system is that you can put it together in a day and test it over a month. See if it increases your numbers, sentiment, or connection with your customers.

And if it doesn’t, then you turn it off!

The last promise I made in that headline was an 800% increase in sales. This number is based on a study done in 2021 by Inside Sales. The numbers in the study are handy for defining the rules of your game. I recommend you give it a read.
